We finally had our chance to go to the cinema last night and watch the long awaited Transformers 2: Revenge of The Fallen. Hubby wanted to download the movie but I insisted on waiting for the DVD to be released. A few days earlier, he downloaded the movie but the quality was a great dismal and he eventually agreed to wait.
We had everything planned out: Mom agreed to look after Jacob for a couple of hours. Hubby bought tickets for the 6.45 pm show and an extra ticket for my youngest sister. Send Jacob to my parents house at 6.15pm. Arrived at the cinema at 6.50pm. Got in just in time for the show, sans advertisement. Movie ended at 9.20pm. Went for a quick bite. Picked Jacob up. Jacob was alright at my parents place so everthing ended quite well.
The show was superb, 'triple times' (hubby's words) better than the first Transformers. After all, it was a worth while wait. It's been more than 8 months since we last set foot in the cinema. Indeed, a refreshing break.
